Interior Services
The fiXit subscription service will include basic necessary interior maintenance work that will keep your home functioning at an optimal level.
- Detailed interior and exterior inspection of home with custom report.
- Catalog major systems and appliances
- Replacement of HVAC filter(s)
- Replacement of batteries for smoke and co2 alarms
- Clean dryer vents and inspect washing machine hoses & hook-up’s
- Vacuum refrigerator coils and change water filters (if applicable)
- Check, adjust, and lube all door, window and cabinet hardware
- Check and clean all sink p-traps
- Check electrical breaker box(s)
Exterior Services
The fiXit subscription service is designed to keep the homeowner aware of any issues that may affect your home’s exterior maintenance needs, as well as performing the exterior services included below.
- Check foundation for any structural damage
- Check for soil to foundation contact
- Check and lube all gate/fence closures
- Lube garage door tracks, wheels and handles
